Who we are
Homecoming Hollas is a private dating community for graduates of Morehouse College and Spelman College. It is an independent community — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by either college.
Who can join
Membership is limited to verified alumni who are 18 or older. We ask for your graduation year and a school confirmation method (alumni email, alumni/student ID, or an alum referral) to check eligibility.
What we collect
Account details: email address and sign-in credentials.
Eligibility details: college, graduation year, and the verification method you choose.
Profile details: name, city, birth year, major, interests, faith, family plans, relationship status, orientation, and what you are looking for.
Photos you upload to your profile.
Activity signals: profile views, likes, passes, blocks, filters you apply, and reports you submit.
Basic technical data: device and browser information and approximate region, used for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To verify you belong to the community, build your profile, rank and improve your matches, keep the community safe through moderation, and send you service messages such as moderation decisions. With your separate consent, we also use aggregated, profile-derived interest segments to choose which advertising and partner offers you see inside the app.
Advertising and data use
Ad targeting happens on our side. Advertisers and partners receive audience counts and segment performance — never your individual profile, contact details, or photos. You can turn ad personalization off at any time and keep full access to matching.
Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies and storage keep you signed in, remember your consent choices, protect against abuse, and make the app work. These cannot be turned off.
Preference storage remembers things like your match filters, notification settings, and tab selections.
Measurement and ad cookies are optional. They help us understand which in-app ads and partner offers are relevant and how members engage with them. They run only if you accept optional cookies.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers that follow you across other websites.
What we never do
We do not sell your name, email, phone number, or photos. We do not share your individual profile with advertisers, and we do not publish your profile outside the member community.
Sharing with service providers
We use vetted providers to host the app and database, store photos, and deliver transactional email such as moderation notices. They process data on our instructions only.
How long we keep data
We keep your profile while your account is active. Consent records are kept for 180 days and then need renewing. When you delete your account, we remove your profile, photos, and activity signals within 30 days, except for limited safety records we must keep to enforce blocks and bans.

Request an export or permanent deletion of your data.
Children
Homecoming Hollas is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we remove such accounts when we learn of them.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to how we use your data, we will ask you to re-confirm your consent inside the app before continuing.
