These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Homecoming Hollas website, app, and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Homecoming Hollas is open to verified graduates of Morehouse College and Spelman College who are at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate eligibility information and complete the verification steps honestly. We may reject or remove any account that does not meet these requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current profile information. Impersonation, misrepresentation of your school or graduation status, or creation of multiple accounts to evade enforcement is prohibited.

Homecoming Hollas is a private community built on mutual respect. You may not:

• Harass, threaten, demean, or discriminate against other members.
• Send unsolicited sexual content or explicit messages.
• Spam, phish, scam, or solicit money from other members.
• Share another member's profile, photos, or messages outside the app without consent.
• Use the service for illegal activity, hate speech, or promotion of violence.
• Circumvent blocks, reports, or moderation decisions.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, such as photos and profile text. By uploading content, you grant Homecoming Hollas a limited license to display it to other members as part of the service. You represent that you have the right to share your content and that it does not violate these terms or the rights of others.

Profile photos must clearly include you, must not contain nudity, violence, hate symbols, or commercial advertising, and must not impersonate another person. We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these standards.

We review reports from members and may take action we deem appropriate, including removing content, suspending accounts, or permanently banning users. Moderation decisions may include a note explaining the reason. We are not obligated to review every interaction, but we will act on credible reports.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or risks to the community. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, and we may delete your profile and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Homecoming Hollas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find matches, that profiles are accurate, or that the service will always be available or error-free. You use the service at your own risk. Meeting people online carries inherent risks; take appropriate precautions and report concerning behavior.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homecoming Hollas and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you paid nothing.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homecoming Hollas and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes and may ask you to accept the updated terms before continuing to use the service. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
